6 tips to reduce , prevent and manage stress

There are many scientific ways to handle stress like Yoga which need dedication and time. Here are the few very few simple tips to reduce stress and mange it in a healthy way.

Give a break
If you are stressed out , take a short break, with a stressed mind you will be less productive.

Go for a short walk
A brisk walk is an execllent method to control your tension and stress. It provides a good blood flow to your cells and re-energize you.

Sweat out stress with a workout
Again a good workout gives a good relief from stress and tension. Workout for 30 mins and you will feel relaxed and refreshed

Play with pets
Play with pets when you are tensed. Looking at you aquarium also relieve stess.

Listen to music
Listen to some soft music will give you a good relaxation and it help you to think positive . Music removes negative energy from you.

Take a Bath
Taking a long bath gives a good blood flow to all your cells and it gives a rejuvenated feeling.
