Common symptoms and its causes – Health guide

Our body is a wonderful instrument which has the ability to heal itself and give signals to you if you need to take any action. If you listen to those signals we can solve many of our health problems. These signals are called as symptoms. Since we are so careless we tend to ignore these symptoms and get in bigger trouble. It is always better to take a preventive measure, may be by going to your doctor or so. Lets move on.

Symptom: Ringing in your ears
Causes: It could be due to high or low blood pressure, it is time to do a checkup.

Symptom : Headache when you wake up – backside of your head
Causes : This is another sign of high blood pressure.

Symptom : lumps on your eye lid
Cause : It could be some issues with cholesterol. time to check it out

Symptom : Nausea or vomiting, seeing flashing lights, exhaustion intolerance of light, one sided headache which lasts for 24 – 48 hours
Cause : it could be migraine, which require special medication.

Symptom : Muscle spasm in calves while walking.
Cause : A decrease in potassium or calcium level in the blood. Have a banana daily.

Symptom : Veins in the legs that are blue, engorged and painful.
Cause : These are the signs of vericose veins.

Symptom : Fluctuate between diarrhoea and constipation, with stomach cramps, which rarely hit you while you are sleeping, chest pain, pain around the ribs, drowsiness.
Cause : It could be IBS – irritable Bowel syndrome which can be treated with antispasmodic drugs. Changing diet habits can be a good idea
