Ayurvedic treatments are considered to be more effective for sprains, but it may take more time to cure.

Home remedy for sprain and strain

  • Wrap chopped onion in a towel and place it on affected area
  • Massage gingelly oil on affected area
  • warm outer leaf of cabbage in hot water and bandage them
  • Ice pack the affected area
