Exercising on empty stomach will increase the results – benefit more from your exercise

In the recent studies , it has been revealed that exercising on a empty stomach is more beneficial to burn your fat and tone your muscles. There was a study conducted by a research team to prove this. In this study muscles of male participants who exercised on empty stomach showed an improved ability to burn fat, muscles tents to adapt in a more accelerated faction than who did exercise after breakfast. More oxygen is used by those who trained before breakfast.

The test was performed as follows, One group ate a hing carbohydrate breakfast before exercise and other group trained early morning before breakfast. Each group cycled for around 75 minutes with a specific speed then their blood samples and muscles tissues are tested. Result was as mentioned above.

So lets plan our exercise before breakfast , it will help you to get more benefit and burn your fat fast. This study also says that this is experienced with men but not with women. So ladies you continue to take your breakfast before exercise.
