H1N1 Do’s and Don’t , h1N1 India Helpline , Protect from H1N1 spreading and Symptoms

H1N1 is reported to be spreading again in India, Here are the few do’s and don’t  which should be followed to avoid spreading of H1N1

H1N1 Do’s

  • Cover your mouth and nose while coughing and sneezing with hankie or cloth
  • Wash your hands with soap frequently before and after touching your nose eyes and mouth
  • Stay away from public places and visit a health screening center or a doctor if you have flu symptoms. Stay at home till you have fully recovered.
  • Look for the following early warning signs and visit designated hospital if you have any of these symptoms
  • Constant high fever, Cough with traces of blood, disoriented behaviour, Purple or blue color change in lips and skin

H1N1 Don’ts

  • Shake hands , hug and kiss socially, or use others contact greetings
  • Take medicines without consulting the physician
  • Spit in public places

H1N1 Symptoms

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Sore throat
  • Difficulty in breathing
