We all know that Milk is a complete diet which is high in calcium and vitamin D and it fights puffy eyes and dry skin.Milk is proved a complete food from latest scientific researchers. All the important elements that are needed for body are in Milk. Milk has hundreds of benefits to our bodies, Health and Mind. Specially the milk of Cow and Goat has many benefits. The milk of cow keeps the stomach system of old people and kids strong.

The average composition of Milk from various sources is as follows;

Cow Milk contains 3.2% of proteins; 4.4% of Lactose, 4.1% of Fats; and 87.5% of water.
Goat Milk contains 3.5% of Protein, 4.6% of Lactose, 4.5% of Fats and 86.5% of water.
Human milk contains 1.1% of protein; 7.4% of Lactose; 3.4% of Fats and 88.0% of water.

Milk is full of vitamin A and D and lactic acid. Milk softens even the driest skin. Try this bath mixture. Drizzle 1/2 cup honey into running water as you fill the tub add 2 cup of warm whole milk. It is a good natural way to soften your skin.

Give the cucumber a rest. Instead dip cotton balls in cold milk, wring them out and apply to eyelids. The fat in milk hydrates parched skin and reduces swelling.

Women who get more calcium and Vitamin D all month long by drinking either skim or low fat milk  have lower risks of developing PMS.

Fertility booster, yes milk is a fertility booster. Women who ate more than one daily serving of high fat dairy  serving of high fat dairy were 25 %  less likely to suffer ovulation problems than those who ate one or fewer serving a week.
