Healthy Tips to relax and keep your eyes refresh

eye care tipsFollowing are the simple tips to keep your eyes healthy and fresh.All these tips can be performed at any time without any extra expense or effort.
Drink Water  : when a person is dehydrated his eyes are reflected first. It lead to puffiness. So drink lot of water to keep your eyes healthy

Take a break : After a long strech of work in front of the computer or TV give a break of atleast 5 mins, look at long distance preferably greenery. Every one hour of strain need atleast 5 mins break.

Diet : Include Vitamin A,C and E on your daily diet. Green vegiees , tomotoes , spinach, carrot and cucumber are real good for your eyes.

Wash your face : Make it a habit to wash your face with running water by closing your eyes , it gives you a refreshing feeling to your eyes.

Exercise your eyes : Exercise for your eyes are important, Blinking your eyes is one important exercise. Look at for objects is another one.

Give rest :
Rest is needed for all organs , so as to eyes. Give a break and keep a sliced cucumber on your eyes and take a short nap.
