indigestion remediesIndigestion is one of the common problem for all, It is otherwise called as stomach upset. It usually happens when you eat food in hurry or over intake of food. When you have indigestion , digestive acids will be over produced and can cause heart burn. Stress, smoking,use of alcohol , unhealthy eating habits are the common cause of indigestion.Following are the few home remedies for indigestion.

1. Mix curd with salt and curry leaves and have it three times a day

2. Drink pineapple juice after food

3. Drink lemon juice with a bit of salt

4. Ginger juice mixed with curd or lemon is another quick remedy

5. Avoid large meals and take 4-5 small meals a day

6. Walk for 15-20 mins after dinner, don’t sleep just after the dinner

7. Drink plenty of water, but avoid taking water during the meals
