Usually exercise balls are used to do crunches at the end of your workout, but these exercise balls can be used for getting ready for your exercises. Exercise balls are great warm up tool, using it improves the mobility of your joints and quickly activates your stabilizer muscles to help you train heavier and get stronger.

Lie with your back on the ball, hips raised and glutes contracted.

Now step one foot over the other and rotate your torso in the same direction so you roll over onto your chest.

Reverse the movement rolling to your chest. Then roll forward so that your shins are on the ball and your hands are in pushup posiotn.

Continue this for two minutes.

Experiment with different movements , transitioning from one position to the next with the goal of staying in contact with the ball at all times. There is no wrong way to do it, just do different pushing, pulling twisting and hip movement until all your major muscles and joints feel loose and warm.
