How to motivate yourselves for better and consistent workout and exercise

Lack of motivation is a big problem with everyone who start with their exercise regime. We start with a grant style but later on we drop out due to lack of interest or motivation. There are many ways to motivate yourselves to continue your exercise or workout in gym. You may tend to give excuses such as ‘to busy’, ‘no time’, ’so tiring’. We need to overcome these till it become a part of our habit.

Talk it out
Repeat your specific goal in your head and aloud, say that I will reduce my weight 5 pounds in another 3 months. repeat it loud. Don’t take it silly ,it works out. It gives you a motivation.

Write it down and post it on your bathroom mirror or where ever you see it daily.

Put on something that either bright or black. the brain often associate shades of colors with different meanings.Bold colors and black subconsciously heighten readiness and excitement.

Invite guests and friends to your gym. Your urge to impress them will boost your intensity. Having family or friends cheer you on helps you draw strengthen the way a team does for its fans.

Bracing is another technique where you tense your muscles. it stimulates the central nervous system and specifically improves lifting strength.
