Importance of Cherry – Weight lose tips with cherries

Weight loss management occupies an important role in the lives of the people.  Weight loss is easy with the calorie shifting diet menu.  Weight loss and juicing can be a match made in heaven, but some fruits work much better for this than others.

There are latest reports on how cherries might help you shed pounds, A recent study did find that mice on a high fat diet lost weight when fed anthocyanins a pigment in cherries. But the mice ate only the compound. not the whole cherry. You have to atleast eat half a kilo of cherry  to ge the amount of anthocyanins needed to lose weight, researchers says. Eating that many cherries many add up extra calories and sugar will cancel out the weight loss benefits ? Not sure but studies are in progress. Lets weight and see.
