tattoo careTattoos are a style statement. You may not have noticed it, but a lot of people all over the world are giving into the constant drone of the tattoo artist’s needle.Keep the bandage on the tattoo for at least two hours after the work is complete (or longer, depending on the tattoo artist’s instructions)

Cleaning is a must of new tattoo care. Like any other new wound, fluid will be oozing from the tattoo as part of the healing process. Wiping off the oozing body fluid with a clean tissue is normally sufficient.

Carefully, apply a light coating of A & D ointment. DO NOT smear ointment on too thick because your skin needs to be able to breath. A small drop of ointment should be enough to cover the tattoo, depending on the size of the tattoo. Gently massage a small dab of the ointment into the tattoo using your fingertips.

Do’s and Don’t after tattoo

Do not put a new tattoo under a full force faucet.

Clinical studies have demonstrated that wounds moistened with ointment heal faster, produce less dry scabbing and  consequently keeps more Tattoo ink in the skin which heal brighter and sharper looking.

After you have applied the body lotion for around week you can stop doing that. A problem is that when the tattoo heals it will scab in some portions. When you will try to pick this cabs be very careful not to damage your tattoo design. So the best for you and your tattoo is to let it heal alone.
