Exercising on empty stomach will increase the results – benefit more from your exercise

In the recent studies , it has been revealed that exercising on a empty stomach is more beneficial to burn your fat and tone your muscles. There was a study conducted by a research team to prove this. In this study muscles of male participants who exercised on empty stomach showed an improved ability to burn fat, muscles tents to adapt in a more accelerated faction than who did exercise after breakfast.
